Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ctory regarding your access to and use of the Ctory website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Ctory.

CTRY Token

The CTRY token is a utility token used within the Ctory ecosystem. By acquiring CTRY tokens, you acknowledge and agree that:

• CTRY tokens are not securities or investment products
• No promises of future performance or value are made
• No ownership, dividend, or profit-sharing rights are conferred
• Regulatory status of tokens may change, and compliance with applicable laws is your responsibility
• Cryptocurrency involves inherent risks, including volatility and potential loss of value

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CTORY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
